Historical Guesthouse Piccolo Trevi Rome Our Rooms

The charming and irresistible attic apartment that is housed in our fifteenth century building offers guests a unique experience with its dormer windows, wooden ceilings and original fireplaces. With an area of about 60 square metres, the attic is not only suitable for couples who want to have a special holiday, but also families of up to four persons. The apartment consists of two rooms, a bathroom and a kitchen (equipped with everything you need; a 4-burner stove, oven, coffee machine, refrigerator, dishwasher and washer dryer).

The other accommodation at Piccolo Trevi is located on the first and second floor and consist of several guest rooms, each with en suite bathroom, which can accommodate 2, 3 or 4 people. The rooms, with their elegant original wooden ceilings, have been simply decorated and successfully combine period style furniture with modern decoration.

All rooms are equipped with all modern comforts including:

Due to Covid-19, the daily room cleaning service has been temporarily suspended (except for long-term stays). In all cases, all the necessary supplies such as towels, toilet paper, etc are ensured during the stay. Please contact us for any further information.

  • Check in: from 3.00pm
    (Please inform us in advance of your estimated time of arrival, as the reception is not manned 24 hours a day)
  • There is a 30 Euro surcharge for check-ins after 9.00pm
  • Check out: before 10.00am
  • Most major credit cards are accepted (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Pagobancomat and Union Pay) – we do not accept bank or traveller’s cheques
  • Payment should be made during check-in
  • Italian and English spoken
  • Children up to the age of 2 years old can stay free of charge, if they sleep in their parents’ bed
  • Cribs are available on request (however, additional beds are not available)
  • Smoking is forbidden throughout the establishment
  • A deposit is required (100 Euros) which is returned on checking out
  • There is a minimum stay of two nights
  • There is a city tourist tax of 3.50 Euros per person, per night (excluding children up to 10 years old) which is to be paid in cash upon arrival. For all stays starting from October 1st 2023, the new fee to be paid for the city tax will be 6€ per person per night, based on the resolution of the Municipality of Rome no. 255 of July 17th 2023
  • The historic building in which the Piccolo Trevi Suites is located does not have a lift/elevator
  • A transfer service is available to/from the airports (75 Euros for 2-4 persons / 85 Euros for 5-8 persons)
